Combining the world of entertainment and data science can be something truly special: where else could you influence what gets broadcast on the most-watched TV station or what new content appears on Oneplay? We are the largest commercial TV network in Central Europe and video platform with largest number of subscribers in Czechia. We are now looking for someone to expand our AI/ML team and help us take AI in the company to the next level.

The Mission:

You will be a core contributor to our predictive intelligence. You will build classification and regression models that drive our business and help maintain the pipelines that keep our models running reliably.

What will you do?

• Build and train traditional ML models to solve business problems (e.g., churn prediction, forecasting).
• Support the maintenance of our MLOps pipelines, ensuring that models are monitored and retrained.
• Turn experimental PoCs into structured code and help deploy them into production environments.
• Export model predictions to our Data Warehouse (DWH) or assist in packaging them as APIs.
• Follow engineering best practices, participate in code reviews, and adhere to team CI/CD standards.

What do we require?

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Familiarity with standard ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas).
• Good understanding of traditional ML algorithms (tree-based models, regression, classification).
• A pragmatic problem-solver who wants to see models working in the real world, not just in a notebook.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts (e.g., MLflow) and Docker is a bonus
