Combining the world of entertainment and data science can be something truly special: where else could you influence what gets broadcast on the most-watched TV station or what new content appears on Oneplay? We are the largest commercial TV network in Central Europe and video platform with largest number of subscribers in Czechia. We are now looking for someone to expand our AI/ML team and help us take AI in the company to the next level.

The Mission:

You will help build our LLM-driven features. Working with Generative AI, you will develop cognitive capabilities for our media products, turning prompts and ideas into functional, reliable features.

What will you do?

• Develop LLM-based applications – RAG pipelines, summarization, and metadata generation.
• Work collaboratively to transition rapid PoCs into MVPs and deploy them into production.
• Help package AI solutions into REST APIs or output generation results to DWH.
• Write clean, maintainable code using AI Assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code etc), participate in peer code reviews, and utilize CI/CD pipelines.
• Test and evaluate different foundation models to find the best balance of accuracy and performance for our use cases.

What do we require?

• Solid programming skills in Python, with a good understanding of the modern LLM ecosystem (e.g., using OpenAI APIs, basics of LangChain/LlamaIndex, or vector databases).
• Experience building basic backend REST APIs (e.g., FastAPI, Flask).
• Familiarity with deploying code. Any exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or Databricks is a plus.
• Adaptable and eager to learn. You enjoy tinkering with new AI tools deploy them securely and reliably.
• Basic knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments is a bonus.
